Booking and Payment Policy
Bookings can be made free of charge up to 14 days before the check-in date.
14 days before the check-in date, 30% of the total amount will be charged as confirmation of the booking.
Upon arrival at the destination, the remaining 70% of the booking must be paid.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the prepayment made (30%) will not be refunded.
In the event of a no-show, the client must pay the total price of the booking.
If the client voluntarily gives up the services before the end of the stay, no amount will be refunded.
In the event that, due to unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company will provide the client with another accommodation of equal or superior characteristics, without refund by either party.
